Fee & Pay Outs

Our commission is 15% with 10 GBP monthly charges (After 30 days of free trial is over) which will be deducted from the product value. We will release the Seller’s payment once order will be received by Customer and There will be no return raised by customer (which means after 14 days when return policy expires.) payment will be automatically released with deduction of our commission.

Accepting Payments from Customers

Customers can pay for items using a credit or debit card, or PayPal.

Shipping

The Order must be shipped within 5 days. If an order will get ship after that seller has to pay a fine which is 10 GBP. Fine will be automatically deducted from the order or Next order.

Every order must have a tracking number.

 

Returns, Refunds and Order Cancelation

Orders may be cancelled by the buyer or Seller until it marked as shipped.

Our refund policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Seller will contact the customer regarding return arrangements.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Listing

Seller is only allowed to sell Fashion Products (Apparels, Shoes, & Accessories).

Every product should assign under related Collection. If any collection is not listed in your dashboard, the seller should email us, and then the collection will be assigned.

Every product should have Proper dimensions (412Px X 622 Px) & high-resolution Images.

Every Product should have proper Description, International size System (EU, UK, US), Color, Fabric Details.

The background of the images provided to Us should be White or Grey.

Counterfeit products are strictly prohibited

We are totally against it. If we found any Counterfeit product under any seller profile, we will immediately suspend the seller’s account and hold the payment, if they made any sale out of it.

Posting copy items is precluded

Posting a similar item on various occasions is precluded. Results of a similar size ought to be recorded as one item. Copy items ought not to be transferred. On the off chance that a trader transfers copy items the items will be taken out and the record chances suspension.

 

Branded Products

Proof of approval to sell an item is the weight of the Seller

We randomly promote products for our seller on social media platforms. The Seller can also promote their Shop URL, products through their own social media platform and drive traffic to their stores.

If a seller wants us to run a paid advert, they can contact us and our marketing team will help them.

Customer Support & Reviews

Client misuse isn't endured

  • Injurious conduct and language towards clients are carefully precluded and won't go on without serious consequences.
  • Soliciting a client to pay outside from Style Collared is disallowed.
  • On the off chance that a Merchant requests that a client pay them outside of FUA, their record will be suspended.
  • Approaching a client for individual data is precluded.
